🤝 Partner With Us – Frequently Asked Questions
What types of businesses can become partners?
We partner with licensed and insured independent contractors, haulers, drivers, dumpster providers, junk removal crews, traffic control operators (TMA), portable toilet vendors, and other specialized waste professionals across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
Do I need to own a truck or equipment to apply?
Ownership is preferred but not required. Some opportunities involve labor-only jobs, while others require access to a dump truck, pickup, box truck, flatbed, or TMA unit depending on the service category
Is this a 1099 subcontractor relationship?
Yes. All partners operate as independent contractors. We provide the leads—you manage the labor, equipment, and customer interaction on the job site.
What kind of work will I receive?
You may be offered full junk removal jobs, dumpster drops, traffic control shifts, portable toilet deliveries, HOA collection routes, or project-based cleanups based on your skills, equipment, and location.
Is there a minimum number of jobs required?
No. You choose the jobs you accept. We value reliability and responsiveness—partners who consistently show up and communicate get priority on future work.
How do I get paid?
Payments are made via direct deposit, Zelle, or business check on net-15 to net-30 terms, depending on your agreement. Some one-off jobs are paid same-day upon completion and photo confirmation.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. General liability insurance is required. Vehicle insurance and DOT compliance are also necessary for equipment-based roles. We’ll guide you through minimum coverage requirements during onboarding.
Is this exclusive to Maryland?
No. We’re actively building our network across the DC–Maryland–Virginia region. Let us know where you’re based—we prioritize routing jobs locally.
How do I sign up?
Complete the short interest form on this page. Once reviewed, we’ll reach out to schedule a phone interview and collect your business details, W-9, COI, and job preferences.
What makes ASAP Waste Group different from other platforms?
We’re a local, family-grown network—not a national aggregator. You’re not bidding for pennies. We believe in fair pay, straightforward dispatching, and building long-term partnerships.
