ASAP Waste Services, LLC – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ASAP Waste Services, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”), we understand that schedules can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and refunds work for all services provided through www.asapwastehauling.com or booked by phone, text, or email.

By booking any service with us, you agree to the terms below.

🔹 1. General Cancellation Policy

✔ Cancel or Reschedule (More Than 24 Hours Before Service)

You may cancel or reschedule at no charge if done 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment.

🔹 2. Same-Day Cancellations

✔ Same-Day Cancellation or Crew Already Dispatched

If you cancel on the same day of service, or after the crew has been dispatched, a Cancellation Fee or Trip Fee may apply.

Trip fees cover:

  • Crew travel time

  • Fuel

  • Route adjustments

  • Lost appointment slot

Fees vary based on location and service type.

🔹 3. Junk Removal & Labor-Only Services

✔ Before Arrival (24+ Hours)

Full cancellation allowed with no charge.

✔ Same-Day Cancellation

A trip fee may be charged.

✔ On-Site Estimate Declined After Arrival

If you decline the quote after we arrive, a minimum trip fee may apply.

🔹 4. Dumpster Rental Cancellation Policy

✔ Cancel 24 Hours or More Before Delivery

No cancellation fee.

✔ Cancel Within 24 Hours of Scheduled Delivery

A cancellation fee may apply.

✔ Dry Run / Failed Delivery or Pickup

A Dry Run Fee will be charged if:

  • The driver cannot deliver or pick up due to blocked access

  • Cars or obstacles prevent safe placement

  • The location is unsafe

  • The site is not prepared as agreed

✔ Early Removal Requested

If you request early pickup, no refund is issued for unused days.

✔ Overweight Fees & Contamination

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Overage fees

  • Contamination charges

  • Additional disposal fees

🔹 5. Deposit Policy

Some services may require a deposit, such as:

  • Dumpster rentals

  • Event cleanup

  • Large junk removal projects

  • Special equipment dispatch

  • Traffic control services

Deposits are refundable only if:

  • The cancellation occurs at least 24 hours in advance, and

  • No equipment, crew, or subcontractor has been dispatched.

If equipment or personnel have already been reserved, staged, or dispatched, deposits may not be refundable.

🔹 6. Event Cleanup Services

Due to staffing, logistics, and scheduling:

✔ Cancel 48+ Hours Before Event

Deposit may be refundable depending on staffing commitments.

✔ Cancel Within 48 Hours

Deposits are generally non-refundable.

✔ Day-Of Cancellations

Full project fee or a large portion of the quoted amount may still apply.

🔹 7. Refunds for Overpayment or Billing Errors

We will issue refunds for:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Billing errors

  • Overcharges due to system mistakes

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for refund processing depending on your bank or payment provider.

🔹 8. No Refund Situations

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Services already completed

  • Customer dissatisfaction due to item value or sentimental value

  • Changes in disposal facility pricing

  • Additional labor or access charges

  • Heavy material surcharges (concrete, dirt, roofing, etc.)

  • Overage fees or contamination charges

  • Items added after the quote

  • Missed appointments due to locked gates, blocked driveways, or unsafe conditions

  • Portable toilet rentals already delivered

  • Traffic control jobs once staff or equipment is dispatched

🔹 9. Rescheduling Policy

✔ Free Rescheduling (24+ Hours Notice)

You may reschedule without penalty.

✔ Rescheduling Under 24 Hours

A fee may apply depending on service type.
