ASAP Waste Services, LLC — Service Terms

The following Service Terms apply to all services provided by ASAP Waste Services, LLC and its subcontractors. By scheduling or receiving service, the customer (“Client,” “Customer,” “You”) agrees to the terms below.

🔹 1. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate descriptions of items, materials, and service needs

  • Ensure safe, unobstructed access to the service area

  • Secure pets, clear pathways, and unlock gates

  • Notify ASAP Waste Services of any fragile, sensitive, or high-value items

  • Comply with disposal rules and local regulations

  • Follow all guidelines provided by ASAP Waste Services or its subcontractors

Failure to comply may result in additional charges, trip fees, or service refusal.

🔹 2. Access Requirements

Customer must ensure:

  • Driveways and pathways are clear of vehicles and obstacles

  • Surfaces are safe for crews and equipment

  • Adequate space is available for trucks, dumpsters, and staging

  • Weather conditions permit safe operation

If access is blocked or unsafe, the Company may charge a trip fee or decline service.

🔹 3. Driveway, Surface, & Property Damage Disclaimer

Customer acknowledges the following:

✔ Heavy trucks, dumpsters, and equipment may cause:

  • Scratches or marks

  • Tire impressions

  • Cracks in asphalt, pavers, or concrete

  • Soil or grass damage

  • Underground line pressure or disturbance

✔ Customer authorizes placement of equipment on private property at their own risk.

ASAP Waste Services is not responsible for:

  • Damage to driveways, sidewalks, lawns, landscaping, curbs, or surfaces

  • Damage caused by equipment placement as directed by the customer

  • Damage resulting from weak, aged, soft, or compromised surfaces

Customer may request plywood or padding (when available), but protection is not guaranteed.

🔹 4. Labor & Handling Disclaimer

Customer acknowledges:

  • Crews handle items with reasonable care

  • Items may break due to age, instability, or pre-existing damage

  • Crew members may decline to move items deemed unsafe or excessively heavy

  • Tight hallways, stairs, and fragile environments may increase risk of damage

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Structural damage to items with pre-existing weakness

  • Damage caused by unsafe conditions or customer direction

🔹 5. Prohibited Materials

The following items cannot be transported or disposed of unless arranged under a specialized division:

  • Hazardous chemicals

  • Paints, oils, antifreeze

  • Gasoline, fuel, or flammable liquids

  • Biohazardous waste

  • Asbestos

  • Ammunition or explosives

  • Pressurized tanks

  • Wet medical waste (unless under Medical Waste division)

  • Refrigerants (unless properly evacuated)

Discovery of prohibited materials may result in:

  • Service refusal

  • Additional fees

  • Required remediation

  • Reporting as required by law

🔹 6. Weight, Volume & Material Limitations

For junk removal, dumpsters, construction debris, and commercial loads:

✔ Weight restrictions apply based on service type

✔ Additional disposal fees may apply for:

  • Concrete

  • Dirt and soil

  • Roofing shingles

  • Bricks, blocks, pavers

  • Heavy demolition debris

  • Sod, tree trunks, and large logs

Overweight loads incur surcharges based on landfill/transfer station rates.

🔹 7. Dumpster Rental Terms (Summary)

Customer agrees to:

  • Fill only to the designated fill line

  • Avoid overloading heavy materials

  • Prevent contamination (mixing prohibited items)

  • Ensure access for delivery and pickup

  • Accept responsibility for overweight or contaminated loads

  • Pay dry-run fees if driver cannot deliver or collect

Detailed Dumpster Terms are available upon request.

🔹 8. Event Cleanup Terms (Summary)

For event, festival, or corporate cleanup services:

  • Staffing is based on estimated attendance and waste volume

  • Overflow debris, unexpected crowds, or extended hours may incur additional labor fees

  • Venue access must be arranged by the customer

  • Waste stations must be placed as instructed

  • Recycling loads may be rejected if contaminated

🔹 9. Subcontractor Notice

ASAP Waste Services may utilize approved subcontractors for:

  • Dumpster delivery

  • Waste hauling

  • Porta potty rentals

  • Traffic control

  • Recycling pickups

  • Specialized equipment

Subcontractors operate under the Company’s direction and are fully insured.


Customer agrees to allow subcontractors access to perform contracted work.

🔹 10. Damage Liability & Limits

ASAP Waste Services is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing property damage

  • Damage due to unsafe or inaccessible conditions

  • Damage resulting from customer instruction or placement requests

  • Structural damage to old, weak, or fragile items

  • Driveway or ground damage from heavy vehicles or dumpsters

Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

🔹 11. No Guarantee of Donation or Recycling

We attempt to recycle or donate items when possible, but:

  • Donation centers have limitations

  • Recycling facilities have strict material rules

  • Certain items may be refused at disposal sites

Final disposal method is determined by safety, regulations, and facility acceptance.

🔹 12. Cancellation, Deposits & Refunds

All cancellations and deposit terms follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.

🔹 13. Customer Agreement

By booking a service, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and agree to these Service Terms

  • You authorize ASAP Waste Services or subcontractors to perform work

  • You accept responsibility for site conditions and driveway placement

  • You agree to all pricing, surcharges, and policies

  • You understand that unsafe or blocked conditions may result in fees
